With Mardi Gras right around the corner, what better than to make King Cakes!!   Because of time, kids improvised, creating king cakes using biscuits and other ingredients to make the mini king cakes.  Kids enjoyed making their own glaze and colored sprinkles.  The best part was eating it at the end.
