FAB Conference: Women in Business

KD was awarded a scholarship to attend the 2023 FAB Conference in Charleston, North Carolina.  This was a 3 day Conference to empower, uplift and inspire women in the food business.  The award was sponsored by Tilit, an apparel company changing the spectrum of chef ware.  KD sat in panel discussions led by Female Professionals in food and beverage, CPG, and Restaurants Industries who discussed topics like the importance of work life balance, difficult conversations, CPG, HR, leadership, obtaining capital and vulnerability.  This amazing conference is in it’s 7th year and growing with amazing professionals from all over the U.S.
