On March 11, 2018, a fundraiser benefiting culinary entrepreneurs at Roux Carre was held (featuring KD’s NOLA Treats, Queen Trini Lisa, Alma, and Local Menu NOLA). The 4-course meal offered drink pairings to satisfy each course. All attendees left full of delicious foods from around the world along with sweet southern hospitality. All four chefs were granted residency at The Roux Carre to sell their remarkable food.

In August, Roux Carre participated in Satchmo Fest at the New Orleans Jazz Museum.
